Sharni Vison who is an Australian American dancer/actor, was born on July 22 1983 in Sydney Australia. In the year 201, she made her acting debut in an Australian soap opera titled Home and Away. She was in a minor role for only two episodes. It was because of her outstanding performance that she received the chance to perform the lead role. The actress did however attempt to audition but was not selected instead on the same show, she got to play the role of Cassie Turner, the troubled teenage girl who was being looked after by foster parents. Fans and critics who watched the show have praised the role she played. In the following years, she shifted into independent movies, including The House of Yes which was released in 1997 Scary Movie 2 in 2001 Kiss the Bride in 2007 as well as Izzie's Way Home in 2016 among others. In 2019, she reprised Donna Martin's part in Beverly Hills 90210 spin-off.
