Ina-Garten
Ina Garten, an American author of cookery books as well as Emmy Award-winning host for Food Network's oldest program Barefoot Contessa that debuted in 2002, has 27 seasons till 2020. Ina began to write policy and nuclear energy documents in the White House. Ina initially enjoyed the intellectual challenge of her job, but quickly began to lose the interest. Instead she bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty store for food. It took her nearly 18 years to turn the store into hugely successful, and then decided to sell the business. After that, she started writing her first cookbook. Others followed, and so did magazine columns. Her Food Network TV show also debuted with great success. In addition, she sells everything from equipment to cooking tools and storage containers. Ina is a cook who has learned by herself that hasn't been to a cooking class, nor employed in the kitchen. She is known as a cook who is simple and has her entertaining style. She is known for her simple recipes such as Skillet Roasted Lemon Chicken Macaroni, Cheese and using Beef Bourguignon as well as Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
